The purchase price for each Hercules Pry Bar shall be as indicated on the invoice or as otherwise agreed upon.

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, payable by credit card, bank transfer, or check.

Late payments may incur additional charges or result in suspension of delivery until the account is settled.

Delivery dates are estimates and are subject to change. The seller shall not be liable for any delays.

Delivery shall be deemed complete once the product has been shipped to the address provided by the buyer.

The buyer is responsible for any additional shipping and handling costs unless otherwise stated.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the pry bar is in unused, original condition.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect product.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

The seller's liability for any claim related to the purchase of Hercules Pry Bars shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

The seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.

Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be resolved through amicable negotiations between the parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

These terms represent the entire agreement between the buyer and seller regarding the purchase of Hercules Pry Bars and supersede any prior agreements or communications.

Any amendments or additions to these terms must be in writing and signed by both parties.
